Come to the Union room 3203 on Monday, November 30th at 5:15 pm for a cool new service opportunity!!!
The Senior Care Committee is hosting Senior Speed Dating…It’s not what you think!

Event Flyer
It will be an opportunity for UNC seniors (that’s you) to sit down and chat with Chapel Hill senior citizens and talk about life. It’s going to be an amazing experience for everyone who participates and a time to get words of wisdom before we have to head out in to the real world.
We’re gonna have food and drinks and it’s FREE for everyone to attend.
The format will be similar to traditional speed dating, except you’re not trying to find a boyfriend or girlfriend…you’ll just meet some really amazing people and get to hear and share some awesome stories!
So, come on out on Monday, November 30th at 5:15 to Union 3203 for a grand ol time with fellow seniors of all ages!!!
email seniorcare@unc.edu if you have any questions about the event!
Special thanks to Youth for Elderly Service (YES) for their help and dupport in planning this event!

The 2nd Senior Bar Night at Bob’s went phenomenally well!! We had over 800 people, and we saw some fantastic costumes! Kudos to the girl who wore the shirt “Home is where the army sends you…” and all of the Charlotte race car drivers. If you didn’t know it already, I’m a huge fan of themed parties:) When else do you get to run around dressed like a Jersey corn? Besides Halloween, of course…
Thanks for coming out last night, see you at our next senior bar night on Oct. 1st!!!!!!!!!!
